1.16.030 Infraction punishment.
This section is included in your selections.
Every violation determined to be an infraction is punishable by:
A. A fine not exceeding $50.00 for a first violation;
B. A fine not exceeding $100.00 for a second violation of the same provisions of this code within one year;
C. A fine not exceeding $250.00 for each additional violation of the same provision of this code within one year. (Ord. 489, eff. 3/17/77; Ord. 453, eff. 6/3/75; Prior code § 15)
