The snow load requirements set forth in this title may be waived by the County Building Official as follows:

A. The County Building Official, upon request of the owner of a mobilehome park may execute an annual Snow Load Waiver – “Snow Removal Maintenance Agreement” with the owner of a mobilehome park for all mobilehomes located within the boundaries of an approved mobilehome park when such mobilehome park is operating under a current and valid permit to operate issued by Sierra County. The annual agreement shall expire on the expiration date of the annual permit to operate the mobilehome park and shall be in a form prescribed by the Board of Supervisors and shall be available in the office of the County Building Official.
