Appeals on decisions pursuant to this chapter shall be made to the Planning Commission in writing, setting forth the specific grounds thereto within 10 calendar days from the date of such decision. The written appeal shall be accompanied by an appeal fee as set from time to time by the Board of Supervisors. The Planning Commission shall consider the appeal after receiving the written appeal. The appeal hearing may be continued from time to time at the request of the appellant or by a majority vote of the membership of the Planning Commission.
