Notes that appear on additional information maps which are recorded, pursuant to the provisions of SCC 23.07.070 after January 1, 2007, shall constitute supplemental zoning regulations affecting the property shown on the recorded subdivision map and no use of property shall be made in a manner that conflicts with any note on an additional information map. Any such notes shall, as supplemental zoning regulations, be subject to the administrative processes set forth in this title, including but not limited to the grant of variance or use permit, and may be changed by an amendment to the zoning regulations affecting the property.
