The following described parcel, being 0.883 acres and identified as County Assessor parcel 003-050-038, more fully described as Parcel B of the Parcel Map for Cornelia Johnson, filed August 7, 1973, in Book 4 of Maps and Surveys, Page 40, located at 37 Johnson Way in Downieville, Sierra County, is designated as within the residential one-family (R-1) zoning district as described in SCC 15.12.080. (The above-described property is removed from the GF zoning district designation.)
C. The following described parcel, being approximately 0.6597 acres and identified as County Assessor parcel 002-190-001 to the residential one-family (R-1) zoning district.
