The Political Reform Act, Cal. Gov’t. Code §§  81000 , et seq., requires state and local government agencies to adopt and promulgate conflict of interest codes. It is the purpose of this chapter to establish a conflict of interest code for Sierra County, in compliance with the requirements of the Political Reform Act. (Ord. 907, eff. 7/20/00)
