There is hereby established a Court Administration Council (CAC) consisting of the Judge of the Superior Court, the Judge of the Justice Court and the Court Administrator. The Superior Court Judge shall serve as Chairman of the CAC. The CAC shall establish such policies of operation or bylaws as it deems appropriate and shall formulate written policies for the administration of the Court Administration Department. It shall be a primary responsibility of the Court Administration Council to assure that the Court Administrator is carrying out the objectives as outlined by the Administrative Office of the Courts, the Court Staffing and Management Plan (Sierra County Agreement No. 93-160), and the ongoing policy direction as from time to time articulated by the CAC.
