The Planning Director, on behalf of the Planning Commission, shall submit a written report conveying the Commission’s recommendation on the proposed adoption/amendment to the Board of Supervisors giving the reasons for the recommendation and the relationship of the proposed adoption/amendment to affected elements of the general plan or other planning document.
