Subdivision maps prepared pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act and this title shall be required for all subdivisions created by testamentary disposition, since such subdivisions create parcels for sale, lease or financing in the future. A note indicating creation of the parcels by testamentary disposition shall appear on the subdivision map. (Formerly 23.02.004)
