Upon approval of the final map by the Board of Supervisors or Planning Commission, the County Clerk shall execute the appropriate certification, the certificate sheet and shall, subject to the provision of Cal. Gov’t. Code § 66464 of the Subdivision Map Act, transmit the map, or have an authorized agent forward the map to the County Recorder. (Formerly 23.10.003)
