Any proposed lease of county realty of a duration exceeding one year, or having an estimated rental in excess of $400.00 shall be approved by the Board of Supervisors only after the Board has adopted a resolution of intention to lease such property; a call for bids has been posted in at least three public places for not less than 15 days, and published for not less than two weeks in a newspaper of general circulation. Any such lease shall be let to the highest proposal submitted in response to said call for bids. The call for bids shall include the terms and conditions specified in the resolution of intention. The Board of Supervisors shall retain the right to reject all bids. (Ord. 621, eff. 4/6/82)
