On determination by the Board of Supervisors that the estimated monthly rental of county property does not exceed $400.00, the Board may approve the lease of county property; provided, that the period of such lease does not exceed one year, the lease is not renewable, and the actual monthly rental does not exceed $500.00. The procedure for letting any such property shall be as prescribed by the Board of Supervisors. (Ord. 621, eff. 4/6/82)
