All transmission and distribution structures, poles, other lines, and equipment installed or erected by the franchisee pursuant to the terms hereof shall be so located so as to cause a minimum of interference with the proper use of public ways including all easements and with the rights and reasonable convenience of property owners who own property that adjoins any of said public ways. Franchisee shall obtain encroachment permits in accordance with the requirements of Sierra County ordinances. All encroachments shall be subject to proof of easements to be supplied by franchisee and to compliance with the encroachment requirements of any affected public or private entity, other than Sierra County.
