Any applicant or licensee who disputes a decision of the Sheriff in connection with this chapter may file an appeal to the Sierra County Uniform Appeal Committee, which appeal shall be governed by the terms of the Sierra County Uniform Appeal Procedure. (Ord. 769, eff. 3/21/91)
