The intent of this chapter is to regulate and license the use of cardrooms in the unincorporated areas of Sierra County. It is the further intent that the provisions of this chapter shall supersede the provisions in Sierra County Ord. 122 to the extent that Ord. 122 regulated and required the licensing of cardrooms.
