Whenever the enforcing officer determines that a public nuisance as described in this chapter exists on any premises within the unincorporated area of Sierra County, he or she is authorized to notify the owner(s) and/or occupant(s) of the property through issuance of a “Notice to Abate Unlawful Marijuana Cultivation.” (Ord. 1055, eff. 8/21/14)
