As an alternative to the procedures set forth in SCC 8.01.050 through 8.01.080, the county may abate the violation of this chapter by the prosecution of a civil action through the office of the County Counsel, including an action for injunctive relief. The remedy of injunctive relief may take the form of a court order, enforceable through civil contempt proceedings, prohibiting the maintenance of the violation of this chapter or requiring compliance with other terms.
