A. Should a person allege the fee charged is not the correct posted fee, such person may pay the fee under protest. The Site Monitor shall designate the location where the solid waste should be unloaded and shall then attempt to contact the solid waste fee administrator or his or her authorized representative. The solid waste fee administrator or his or her designee shall appraise the load and fee charged, and this decision on the fee shall be final except by appeal, as provided in subsection (B) of this section.

B. Any person who is dissatisfied with the decision or ruling of the solid waste fee administrator under this section may appeal the decision pursuant to Sierra County uniform appeals procedure. (Ord. 844, eff. 10/1/96)
