It is unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person under the age of 18 years to loiter in or about any public street or other public place, or any place open to the public within the county, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, when not accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody or control of such person, or the spouse of such person over 21 years of age.
