9.26.030 Individual park and community recreation facility rules and regulations.

A. Von Schmidt Monument Historic Park is subject to the following rules and regulations:
1. Hours of public use are from dawn to dusk daily.
2. No overnight parking or camping.
3. No discharge of firearms.
4. No open fires or barbecues allowed.
B. A violation of the provisions of subsection (A) of this section may be prosecuted as either a misdemeanor or an infraction at the discretion of the District Attorney. (Ord. 1052 § 1, eff. 7/2/14)
