It is unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person to sleep in any vehicle or trailer on public property or on a public way within any unincorporated townsite between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 430, eff. 9/19/74; Prior code § 31204.3)
