In the event that Cal. Gov’t. Code § 26945 is subsequently amended, it is intended that the qualifications for Auditor be governed by such subsequent amendment; provided, that such amendment does not significantly reduce the qualifications for Auditor. (Ord. 839, eff. 5/16/96)
