A. County Report to State. By July 1st of each year, the Planning Department shall submit to the California Department of Conservation a copy of any special use permit or reclamation plan amendments, as applicable, for each active or idle mining operation, or a statement that there have been no changes during the previous year.

B. Report by Surface Mine Operators. Surface mining operators shall forward an annual status report to the California Department of Conservation and the Planning Department on a date established by the California Department of Conservation, on forms furnished by the State Mining and Geology Board.
