If the Planning Director determines, based upon an annual or other inspection, that a surface mining operation is not in compliance with this section, the approved special use permit, any other required permit, and/or the reclamation plan, the county shall follow the procedures set forth in Cal. Pub. Res. Code §§ 2774.1 and 2774.2 concerning violations and penalties, as well as the Sierra County Code. (Ord. 902, eff. 7/6/00. Formerly 33.019)
