36.05.080 Appeals.

A. Any permittee aggrieved with the decision of the Health Officer shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Supervisors within 10 days of the decision of the Health Officer.
B. The Clerk shall set the matter for the hearing before the Board of Supervisors. (Formerly 36.08)
