Except where the adoption of an ordinance is specifically required by state law as to a specific fee, the fees established by this chapter may be amended by resolution of the Board of Supervisors and new fees be adopted by resolution of the Board. (Ord. 913, eff. 10/5/00; Ord. 800, eff. 12/17/92)
