8.04.050 Owner or responsible party to maintain premises free of litter and solid waste.

The owner and any other responsible party in control of any commercial or residential premises shall at all times maintain the premises free of litter and solid waste; provided, however, that this section shall not prohibit the storage of litter and solid waste in authorized containers or commercial bins.
