In the event that the fees payable under SCC 8.18.010 are not received by the Health Department within 30 calendar days of the date such fees are due, a $10.00 late fee shall be added and thereafter the entire unpaid balance shall accrue interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum until paid in full. Should collection action be instituted, the county shall additionally be entitled to recover its costs and attorneys’ fees. (Ord. 758, eff. 5/30/90)
